Order Policy

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided: including spelling, monogram order, sizing, addresses, and customization selections are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for customer-entered errors.

Turnaround Time Policy

Current turnaround times are estimates and begin once payment is received. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Turnaround times may increase during holidays, launches, preorder events, and high-volume seasons.

Preorder Policy

Preorder items are specially ordered/custom made and may have extended turnaround times listed in the product description. By purchasing a preorder item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated completion timeframe.

Shipping Policy

Once packages are shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or delivery issues caused by USPS/UPS/FedEx.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup orders must be picked up within 30 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.

We are not responsible for orders after the 30 day period.

Baby Shower / Registry Delivery Policy

Customers selecting baby shower delivery understand that shower delivery is only available for orders placed before the listed cutoff date. Orders placed after the cutoff may need to be shipped or picked up locally.

Mockup Disclaimer

Mockups are digital representations of designs. Final products may vary slightly in placement, scale, thread color, fabric pattern placement, or overall appearance.

Embroidery/Handmade Variations Policy

Due to the handmade and embroidered nature of our products, slight variations may occur and are considered normal.

Cancellations Policy

Orders may not be canceled once production has begun or supplies have been ordered.

Rush Order Policy

Rush orders may be available depending on current workload and are subject to additional fees.

Clothing Care Instructions

To preserve the quality of your item, we recommend washing inside out on gentle cycle and laying flat or hanging to dry. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

We do our best to display colors accurately, however actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and monitor differences.

Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the custom and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
